  1. Finding Clients Property Consultants spend much of their time trying to attract customers. Actions might include cold-calling, following up on leads, advertising and making business presentations to investor clubs and other interested groups.
  2. Conducting Research Property Consultants keep a close eye on available real estate. They also pay attention to market trends, demographics and other information that affects the buying and selling process.
  3. Building Relationships To better serve their clients, Property Consultants talk with them about their needs. They learn about their likes and dislikes, help them with financing concerns and answer any questions about the buying process. Property Consultants and their customers often visit sites together.
  4. Handling Paperwork Property Consultants, especially in conjunction with legal professionals, may prepare the documents involved in the buying/selling process.
  • Experience: from 2 to 3 years in the same field
  • Bachelor degree in any discipline.
  • Communicating clearly so that clients understand the information you’re presenting and their options
  • Negotiating effectively in order to work out potential problems that would cause a deal to collapse
  • Exhibiting math aptitude to handle and explain financial situations
  • Marketing oneself effectively because you don’t have a job if you can’t attract customers!

Sales supervisor

Job Description

  •  Assist the Sales Manager in leading, directing and motivating the sales team in order to achieve the overall corporate sales objectives.
  • To assist the Sales Manager in revising and implementing the sales strategies plans.
  • To assist the Sales Manager in generating sales opportunities by identifying appropriate business targets.
  • To assist the Sales Manager in providing a professional and excellent level of customer service with existing and new customers.
  • Supervise the shift that you are scheduled
  • Assist the Sales Manager by completing all assigned duties
  • Responsible for operating and maintaining real estate properties with the goal of maximizing income and profits.
  • Lead & Supervise real estate sales team, perform administrative duties and stay informed about the latest changes in the real estate industry.
  • Offer advice and motivate their team to close sales.
  • Develop effective training programs that teach sales how to acquire customers, negotiate deals, and secure financing and complete paperwork for the sale.
  • Set weekly, monthly and yearly monetary goals for the agents to achieve and conducted sales meeting.
  • Perform human resources duties, such as conducting interviews, hiring new staff and transferring or dismissing seasoned staff.
  • Attend association meetings to receive the latest information on housing regulations and legislation that affects the industry.
  • Continually look to identify further business opportunities through effective lasing with other related businesses and colleagues.
  • Plan, design and conduct appropriate marketing and selling strategies for individual properties within budgetary limit.
  • Experience in Real Estate is a must.
  • Not less than 4 years of experience.
  • Experience with real estate developers.
  • Professional Attitude & very good communication skills.
  • Excellent English.
  • Bachelor Degree.
